Best Ever Mushroom Soup

This was my first time making mushroom soup at home and it was absolutely delicious and really easy to make! It has received a spot among my favorite recipes.
Modifications: Since the recipe says it only serves 2, I used the biggest packs of sliced mushrooms from the grocery store to ensure there were enough mushrooms to go around. This also yielded a greater amount of leftovers, yum! I also didn’t have tapioca flour/starch and didn’t substitute anything for it and it still came out just fine. If you do use it, the soup should turn out thicker, but it’s still delicious without it.
